Radial monoblock CNC machined brake caliper Accossato 108mm pitch - TITANIUM PISTONS (HARD ANODIZED version)

The Accossato Brake caliper was made using the best technologies and most innovative materials on the market. An example of technology is the structure of the clamp block and made the manufacturing process because this clip is extracted from the full 5-axis CNC machines.
The cylindrical plugs are made of aluminium and are designed to achieve a tight seal. This solution eliminates the seals on them, minimizing the "gumminess" of the braking system. The shape of the clamp was created using studies with complex CAD programs to ensure the lighter weight, greater rigidity of the body, and excellent dissipation of heat generated from braking.

Materials have been selected as the best that can currently be found as the hard anodized aluminium alloy after processing, used to clamp the body and aluminium parts for assembly, titanium, treated after processing to improve their durability, with which they were made the pistons.

The shape and the size of this brake caliper have been designed to ensure lowest weight and at the same time the maximum rigidity of the body and also the excellent heat dissipation generated.
