The continuous development of the product in every type of competition, has allowed Marchald Filters to create a 2-layer sponge filter with calibrated porosity with unique characteristics, characterized by 3 particular technical solutions that place it at the highest level of efficiency, performance and safety. , thus differentiating it from any other air filter on the market.

• Each filter is composed by assembling only 2 parts of sponge (cap and gasket), instead of 3, to reduce the surface of the glued filter for the benefit of a greater filtering area available;
  
  
• The gluing of the 2 parts takes place vertically, rather than horizontally, to obtain greater structural rigidity of the product capable of counteracting more effectively the lung effect and the collapse in case of strong clogging;
  
• The external side of the sponge has a marked surface roughness to determine a greater impact area of the dust on the filter which is then more easily discharged, through vibrations, towards the lower part of the filter box. This expedient allows to delay the premature decay of the performances to the advantage of the performances of the engine.
